Claims
To start the claims process, you can call us or email claims@seniorschoice.ca and we will send you a form to be completed, signed and returned with supporting documentation.
After the claim is approved, payment will be made to the person who is legally entitled to it, and we will refund any premiums paid between the date of death and the date the claim is paid.
Complaints
We hope that you never have reason to complain but if you do, we will do our best to work with you to resolve it.
